Bright, modern physiotherapy treatment room at Nexus Physiotherapy & Rehab Center
Rehab Redefined, Wellness Restored.

A clinic built by clinicians, for the people who need them.

Nexus Physiotherapy & Rehab Center was founded in 2011 by a small group of physiotherapists who were tired of watching patients get ten minutes with a clinician and a printout of exercises. We built the opposite: full-hour assessments, one therapist who knows your whole story, and a fitness studio in the same building so recovery doesn't stop at discharge.

Our Mission

To give every patient the time, expertise and follow-through their recovery actually requires.

We measure ourselves on whether you got back to the life you wanted — not on how many appointments we booked this quarter.

Evidence over habit

Every treatment we use is backed by current research. If the evidence says something doesn't work, we don't do it — no matter how traditional it is.

Dignity and privacy

Particularly in women's health and neurological care, how you are treated matters as much as what is done. Our rooms are private and our approach is unhurried.

Education, not dependency

You should understand your own body better by the time you leave us. We explain the reasoning behind every exercise and every decision.

Continuity of care

You see the same physiotherapist from assessment to discharge. No repeating your history to a new face each visit.

Honest about outcomes

If physiotherapy is not the right answer for your problem, we will tell you and point you toward whoever can help.

Community partnership

We work with local sports clubs, employers, surgeons and GPs across Nakuru and the Rift Valley — because recovery rarely happens in isolation.

Our Team

Licensed clinicians with postgraduate specialities

Every physiotherapist at Nexus is state-licensed and holds postgraduate training in at least one clinical speciality — musculoskeletal, neurological, women's health, sports or post-surgical rehabilitation. That means your complex case is being handled by someone who has done it hundreds of times before, and who has colleagues to consult when it is genuinely difficult.

Our exercise physiologists and rehabilitation assistants work alongside the physiotherapy team in the fitness studio, so the person coaching your strength program has read your clinical notes.

How We Work

Four things we will never compromise on

A full hour, always

Initial assessments run a full 60 minutes. Follow-ups are never double-booked, so nothing gets rushed.

Written plans

You receive a documented diagnosis, expected timeline and session count in writing at your first visit.

Measured re-testing

Objective outcome measures at set intervals tell us — and you — whether the plan is actually working.

A plan you can afford

We verify your insurance benefits up front and explain any out-of-pocket cost before you commit.
